Tab Ultra automatically reboot after waking up

I've noticed it several times when I'm using my tab ultra.
When I wake it up from sleep, open an app and start using, the device will randomly restart on its own and all my progress will be lost.
I'm on the latest firmware.
It's been bothering me, and I'm wondering if anyone has the same issue and how to fix it. Thank you!
