Lack of Google sync

I have recently purchased a Book Air 3C. I initially set it up with two Gmail accounts, a personal account, and a work account. The personal account had no issue whatsoever pulling through emails and calendar info into the respective Gmail and Gcal apps, which I'd downloaded from the play store. However, the work Gmail address pulls nothing through whatsoever. I've even gone so far as to do a factory reset on the device and only set up my work Gmail address, but the same issue still occurs. Absolutely no emails or calendar info is being pulled through. Can anybody help please? I've only had the 3C less than 24 hours and I'm already considering sending it back.

  Hi boox support, another request for calendar sync to external from the organic application, can this please be addressed
