Tab Mini interface is impossible to deal with

I bought a Tab Mini with the purpose of doing math on it. However, I am left-handed, and whenever I use the notebook feature I keep pressing some button by accident. When I try to hide the toolbar, it keeps popping it up when I slide my hand on the screen, which often happens because the screen is so small.

The overall experience is very infuriating, and I have decided to stop using it, so I don't throw it against a wall.

  Have you tried changing the toolbar position? Open a note, tap the 'More' button at the bottom of the side navigation bar, and press 'Position'. It will switch the position of the toolbar.

  Yes, I have tried it and it doesn't help. The tools at the top still persist whether you're using it on left or right. The ideal solution is having an option to hide the toolbar while also not making it reappear via gestures.
