Saving AI text as metadata in PDF
My use case is that I take notes of telephone calls all day long. At the end of each day, I store the notes to the associated client matter. The AI handwriting recognition is great, but it seems to be an either/or proposition. That is, I can either store a note as the original handwritten document (as vector or bitmap PDF) or I can store the recognized text, but I cannot store both. I came from a world where I used Goodnotes on an iPad. It automatically recognized the text (which the Boox will do, but I'm not sure where it stores it "on the fly") and then when the PDF is exported, the recognized text is just hidden as metadata. The beauty of this is that you can go search through your handwritten notes after the fact (i.e., when stored outside of the Boox).
Is there a way to accomplish this on the Boox (Air 3C)?
