Note Air 3 device not certified by Google Play

Hello

Since Friday, Google Play is showing my Note Air 3C and Note Air 2 as 'Not certified by Google Play'. This means that I cannot run work apps like Company Portal on it - the message I get is 'This app will not work on your device'. I had been running Company Portal on my device for a while now, so this is a new development. Boox does not seem to be able to help, though I have used the online help in the device as well as logged a query on the Boox website. Is anyone else facing this problem too? Can someone help? The device is of little use to me without being certified by Google Play.
