Google Meet on the Boox Go 10.3
I'm trying to use Google Meet with the Boox Go 10.3.
Installation succeds, then I can open Google Meet and join a meeting.
However, I cannot see the picture of the other participants, or the presentation they share. And when I try to share my screen, nothing happens. (Event though all permissions are given to the Google Meet app.)
If I kill and restart the Google Meet app, then I get the error message "Couldn't connect you to the call" when I try to join a meeting.
Has anyone succeeded using Google Meet with the Boox Go 10.3?
Boox support, is this a known limitation of the current firmware version?
For information, I also tried using the zoom workspace application. With zoom, screen sharing and viewing the other participants works OK.

Boox Support, can you please suggest?0 -
Hi Ravikanth,
We apologize for the inconvenience.
In this case, we suggest applying for the beta test via Settings > Firmware Update > Apply for Beta test. After you join the test program, you can update the firmware to version 4.0.
After that, please go to "Settings" > "Date & Time" > turn on or off "Automatically set Date and Time". Please make sure you select the correct time zone and check whether the time of the device is matching with your local time.
If the problem persists, please try long-pressing the Google Meet and Zoom app icons. Then, please check if there is an "Unfreeze" button. If so, please press it and check if the problem can be fixed.
