Requested re-login after update
After the 2024-06-28 software update, my ONYX Account was logged out, and then I was requested to log in once again, the issue is that I don't have the phone number that I set in the past so there is no way for me to recover or log in to get the 500 files stored in my device, could you please support me for getting a code in a different way rather than the phone number please.

We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, please go to Settings > Onyx Account > Switch Account. Then, please check if you can see your old account with notes. If so, please log in to your original Onyx account and check if it is possible to see your notes.
