Problem with TTS
Dear Support Team, I am writing to report a persistent issue with the Text-to-Speech (TTS) feature on my Note Air3 device, which is currently updated to firmware version 2024-06-20_15-32_3.5.3_2b975883c(I want to note that this problem existed even in the previous firmware version.).Despite having configured all settings to Italian, the TTS engine continues to read texts in English. I have attempted several troubleshooting steps, including:
- Clearing the app data and reinstalling the language settings.
- Ensuring that the preferred TTS engine is set to the Italian language.
- Restarting the device after making changes to the settings.
Unfortunately, these efforts have not resolved the issue.Thank you for your assistance.

After you change the language to Portuguese, please close the NeoReader from the multi-task switcher or reboot the device. After that, please open the book again and check if the problem persists.If the problem persists, we appreciate it if you could reproduce this issue on your device.
