BooxDrop Not Working on Android Phone After Update
After the latest firmware update on my Tab Mini C, BooxDrop no longer works on my Android phone. It does however work for Android and IOS tablets. I don't have an iPhone, so I can't confirm if iPhone have this issue as well.
Observations:
When trying to access BooxDrop through either the web link or through the Boox Assistant App, the site does not appear to load and timeouts after a while. This issue started after the recent Tab Mini C update. And it appears to only affect Android phones. This issue was not observed on Android tablets or IOS tablets.
Device: Tab Mini C
Firmware Version: 2024-09-11_09-13_3.5.4_fbdec6b69a
Impacted Devices: Android Phones

I'm having the same exact issue but with a Samsung Note Ultra 20 and Poke 2, DePalma, and Note Air 3C.
I have updated firmware on ALL devices, both Samsung and Boox but the problem still exists.
I can connect and start a transfer but it always gives a "BooxDrop failed to load error" on all 3 Boox devices.
It worked on my Note Air3C only with a Samsung Tablet. I haven't tested yet with the DePalma or Poke 2 but please fix this ASAP. BooxDrop with My phone is how I transfer books and files.

Dear customer,
We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, we suggest applying for the beta test via Settings > Firmware Update > Apply for Beta test. After that, our tech team will send you the beta firmware. Then, please update the firmware to version 4.0 and check if the problem can be fixed. Many thanks for your understanding.0 -
I like the suggestion but the problem is that when I check my Poke 2 there is no option to Apply for Beta Test. The same thing for my Palma.
Only the Note Air 3C has that option but it wants me to confirm it by swiping across the confirmation option and it is not letting me complete the swipe all the way across. It gets half way and jumps back to the start on it's own. I tried several times.
