    Dear customer,

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    In this case, you can go to Apps > click the hamburger icon on the top right corner > App Management > App Info > click the hamburger icon on the top right corner > Show system > find "ONYX Keyboard" > Permissions > "Microphone" and "Files and media" > select both to "Allow only while using the app". After that, please check if the problem can be fixed.
     
    If the problem persists, please reset the device via Settings > Version > Factory Reset. Resetting the device will delete all data and files on your device. Please backup all important notes and documents before restoring the factory default. After that, please let us know if the problem persists.

    I’m having the same issue. I don’t want to factory reset. What else is there to do to fix this?

    Same issue, right after factory reset. Permission manager does not work. The only message I get is that the permission manager keeps stopping. How to use hand writing then? Should I return or replace my device under warranty?
