I didnt get proper respons about delivery date
Dear Boox Support Team,
I ordered a Note Air 4C device two weeks ago, but I have not yet received any information regarding the delivery date. I have sent two emails but have not received a clear response. At the time of my order, I was informed that the shipment would be around October 29th, yet I have not received any updates on the shipment or delivery.
Could you please provide an update at your earliest convenience?
