Defective screen on the Go 10.3

Is this a common defect with the Boox Go 10.3? I just received this device yesterday, and today I found a perfectly round large blank circle on the lower right corner.

How do I return this defective device for a full refund? The website for return and refund (https://shop.boox.com/pages/return-form) is not pulling out a form for me and I'm not sure how to initiate a return.

  I had the same. Turns out to be the a magnet underneath your screen (probably a part of the casing (the band))
