forgot pin password

How is it possible that I cannot change my pin password???

I cannot use my note air 3. And no answers on the internet.

Does anyone have an answer?

  We are sincerely sorry that the Note Air 3 C does not support resetting passwords. We are afraid that the only way to unlock the device is by resetting the device to the factory default settings.

  In this case, you can follow the steps in the video at the link below to reset the device. The steps in the video for resetting the device will be applicable to Note Air 3 C.
