TAb Ultra C Work account problems
Hi All,
I have a Tab Ultra C which I am having multiple problems with.
1. I could not get OneNote and Company Portal to work as expected. The company Portal App kept disabling itself.
2. I fixed the above by using a Work Profile and selecting both OneNote and Company Portal as apps, however, this in itself was challenging.
i) I couldn't enable the setting at first, and had a message to contact my administrator
ii) I reset the device, enabled the work profile and then set a screen lock pin, restarted the device and it will no longer boot, it just gets stuck in a loop and eventually im asked to factory reset the device
iii) I set everything back up, set the pin, all apps work as expected until I restart and...you guessed it, it wont boot, factory reset
Strangely, if I set a PIN before restarting the device it wont even let me enable the work profile.
Any ideas what I am doing wrong here? it souldnt be this hard to get a work profile to work...
I am running the latest available updates on the device.

In this case, please update the firmware to the latest version first. You could update the firmware via "Settings" > "More Settings" > "System Update" on your device.
However, if the firmware is already the latest but the problem persists, please kindly go to "Settings" > "FAQ & Feedback" > click the hamburger icon on the top right corner > "Settings" > enable "Save logs to local storage before rebooting the device".
After that, please reproduce this issue on your device. When the issue occurs again, please immediately submit feedback via "Settings" > "FAQ & Feedback" > "+" on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" and please describe the question in the feedback. Our technical team will get back to you as soon as possible after you submit the Feedback.
