    In this case, please go to "Settings" > "Date & Time" > turn on or off "Automatically set Date and Time". Please make sure you select the correct time zone and check whether the time of the device is matching with your local time.

    If the problem persists, please try to connect to another Wi-Fi network or mobile hotspot.

    If still unable to fix the problem, we appreciate it if you could reproduce this issue on your device and submit feedback via "Settings" > "Feedback" > "+" on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" and please describe the question in the feedback. Our tech team will get back to you on the feedback system as soon as possible.
