    In this case, please go to "Settings" > "Date & Time" > turn on or off "Automatically set Date and Time". Please make sure you select the correct time zone and check whether the time of the device is matching with your local time.

    If the problem persists, please try to connect to another Wi-Fi network or mobile hotspot.

    If still unable to fix the problem, we appreciate it if you could reproduce this issue on your device and please take a video to record the problem. After that, please send us the video and please submit feedback via "Settings" > "Feedback" > "+" on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" and please describe the question in the feedback.
