Exporting PDF Problem: Handwriting being not exported

    Dear customer,

    After you mark up a PDF, please tap on the center of the page > More > Embed Data, and Detect Data. After that, close the PDF on your BOOX device. Then, please try to sync this file again and check if it is possible to see the handwriting notes on the PDF.
