We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, please open the OneNote app > Swipe down from the top right of the screen to bring up the Control Center > E Ink Center > Set the refresh mode to HD mode. After that, please check if the problem persists.

I received my Air 4c last week. So far I'm not experiencing any real lag except with Word, and that's awful. I'm not using the boox pen though; i use either the Amazon Scribe pen or a Lamy emr pen. I have had the refresh set to HD mode all along.
