    Dear customer,

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    We suspect the issue is related to the flap on the protective case. The flap has magnets inside which will affect the magnetic field of the stylus. In this case, we suggest not folding the flap underneath the device, or you could try to remove the magnetic case. After that, please let us know if it is possible to fix the problem.
