    Dear customer,

    We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, please go to "Settings" > "Date & Time" > turn on or off "Automatically set Date and Time". Please make sure you select the correct time zone and check whether the time of the device is matching with your local time.

    Also, please go to Settings > Server > select "EUR server". Then, please try to upgrade the firmware again and check if the problem can be fixed.
