Air note 3C do not turn on after updating
I have a bad experience with customer service since october 2024 I request support to solve this issue, which is a problem who make me not trust in this brand, basically after updating the tablet it didnt turn on anymore, customer service takes long time to solve the problem and I followed the indications with any result, in this edge it is absurd a tablet didnt work out after updating after three months been used.
Until now I can't use the device and were 583.61 dollars wasted because also I acquire the case and the premium pen
I beg you can attend my request because is too much money I invested and this equipment to work
