Where is my tool bar?

I can’t find my tool bar when I’m reading a book. The bar in Nat at the side. The only thing that pops up is a symbol to do the page as the favourite page. I tried swipe it up, down, right, and left but it only goes to the next page.What do I do?

  Dear customer,

  In this case, you can open a book >  swiping toward the center from the left or the right side of the screen. Then please check if it is possible to bring up the floating toolbar. For your reference, you can try to follow the steps in the video below:
