How to export pdfs that retain linked notepad notes

Hi, I just got a Boox Note Air 4c and I am enjoying it quite a bit. However, as someone who relies on books and papers for my research, I need to make notes in pdfs and on ebooks. I also need to be able to access those ebooks and pdfs from my phone and computer. Is there anyway to export a pdf so that my linked notepad notes remain linked when I access the exported pdf (through Send2Boox or a third-party storage) on my phone or computer? If not, will you be adding that feature soon? The same would be very helpful for e-books as I make extensive notes but find that the e-books will not export with my annotations or linked notepad notes. Can you please also add that feature? Please allow for seamless editing between PCs, phones, and Boox (e.g. similar to the way two or more people can seamlessly work on a Google Doc together).

Please also make the Send2Boox UI/UX more user-friendly, it is very difficult to navigate (and I have a CS background!).  For instance, I have sideloaded one book through Calibre and downloaded another book through the shop yet neither appear in the app on my computer. Thank you.

  When you export the PDF, we are afraid that it is unable to simultaneously export the notepad that is linked to the PDF. You can try to add a blank page in the PDF and directly take notes on the blank page. When you export the PDF, it will export the newly added page as well.

  Regarding your feedback on the UI/UX, we have forwarded your suggestion to the relevant department and will do our best to improve our device in the future.
