Tab13 = TabX ???

I am considering buying a second-hand Tab13 (originally from here https://zh.boox.com/tab13) in Germany. I have seen that Google Play was installed from an external store and works without any issues.  

Could you please confirm whether the Tab13 is the same device as the Tab X and if it should receive the same software updates as the Tab X? Are there any limitations that might arise when using this device in Germany?

  Dear customer,
  The Tab 13 is the Chinese version of Tab X. The Tab 13 is only available in the Chinese market. We are afraid that its firmware is different firmware from the Tab X. The Tab 13 is unable to set the system language to German and it is unable to connect to the EUR server to use the BOOX account to sync notes. As you are based in Germany, we would suggest considering purchasing the Tab X or Note Max. Many thanks for your understanding.
