Nightmare - Impossibile to move from Note 2 to Note 4
I've got the new note 4 and it's a nightmare.
Even if the sync on the 2 appear to be ok, and on the server I can see all my info...
on the note 4 there are no info synced so I cannot see any reading history, documents etc.
not even the favorites :(
even if the books are the same :(

Upon checking with our team, firmware 4.0 currently does not support synchronizing reading data with lower versions for flow documents such as mobićepub, awz3, and TXT.Our tech team is aware of this issue and will fix it with the new firmware. We are sincerely sorry that we currently have not received information on when the new firmware will be released. In this case, we would appreciate it if you could kindly wait for the new firmware.
You can also apply for beta testing for Note Air 4 C via Settings > More Settings > System Update > Apply for beta testing. Our tech team will send you the beta firmware once it is available. We highly appreciate your patience and understanding!
