NoteAir4C does not sync
Hello,
my NoteAir4C does not sync with the Boox European server (eur.boox.com).
I can not see my notes. I can not push.
I use the same username on the web and on the boox device.
I can not sync with OneNote - no one of my notes appears in the OneNote app.
What can I do?

Dear customer,
We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, we suggest applying for the beta test via Settings > Firmware Update > Apply for Beta test. After you join the test program, you can update the firmware to the latest version. Then, please check if the problem persists.
If still unable to fix the problem, please try to use another browser or you can try to download the send2boox PC application and check if it is possible to fix the problem.

My Device is bound to my account (the web interface lists my device in Bound Devices).
I enabled automatic synchronisation.
And I do manual synchronisation.
The notification "synchronisation in background" appears, but nothing more regarding the status of the synchronisation. With the notes there is a sign that indicates that the upload was successfull.
The notes never show up in the web interface.
Do I need a special setting in my firewall?
