Go 10.3 Amend exported note

Apologies, just got my first ever Go 10.3. I did a handwritten note and converted to text and exported it. Is there a way to add more handwritten notes ro add more hand written notes and then convert that to text to the saved document. Apologies if this is obvious but I can't find tutorials on the simple stuff, just lots of reviews

  Dear customer,
  After you export the notepad to PDF, you can still open the PDF of your device and add more handwriting notes to it. Then, you can tap the "AI" icon on the toolbar > enable "Double-tap Recognition". After that, you can double-tap on the handwritten notes to convert them to text.
