Page sync issue

We apologize for the inconvenience. Upon checking with our team, firmware 4.0 currently does not support synchronizing reading data for flow documents such as mobi、epub, awz3, and TXT.Our tech team is aware of this issue and will fix it with the new firmware. We are sincerely sorry that we currently have not received information on when the new firmware will be released. In this case, we would appreciate it if you could kindly wait for the new firmware.
We noticed the firmware version of your BOOX Page and Note Air 3 C are not the latest. In this case, we suggest applying for the beta test via Settings > Firmware Update > Apply for Beta test. After you join the test program, you can update the firmware to version 4.0. Many thanks for your time and understanding.

Got it. Thanks! But I am a bit confused the sync between page and note is not working either. Is this an overall issue and I need to stay tuned as well? Thanks for your work!

We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, we are wondering if both your Note Air 3 C and Page are connected to the same server (there are EUR and US servers). You can check it via Settings > Server. Also, we are wondering whether the firmware of your Note Air 3 C and Page is already upgraded to version 4.0.If the problem persists, we would appreciate it if you could reproduce this issue on your device. After that, please immediately submit feedback via "Settings" > "Feedback" > "+" on your device.
