Page Sync issues I've got muplite Boox devices and sync books with calibre software on my Boox readers. But I'm technically not able to sync across devices. Even though I got logged in with the same account. The features tells me, books need to be named exactly the same for syncing. But its not working at all. Only on of 100 times I'm opening a book but then the font size is messed up. I really love my boox stuff. But this is really a bummer. Does somebody have a couple of tricks and tweeks I can refine? Reading activity stats are also only available for each device. Is this an indicator I messed something up in my config? I have the following devices: - Boox Palma 2 (Version 2025-01-10) - Boox Page (Version 2024-09-11) - Boox Note Air 3C (Version 2024-09-11) Hey. I edited the post and put all info in the original question. Manual sync does not work at all between Page and Palma. But Page and Note sometimes work. But only once and then it's stuck again. What I did: 1. ⁠Initial manual sync on Boox Page (and close book) 2. ⁠Open on Boox Note (prompts me to accept different reading position) 3. ⁠Read a few pages on Boox Note device and sync manually again. And close book. 4. ⁠Open book on Boox Page... but nothing happens. 5. ⁠After this it's completely broken and I cannot recall one single sync mechanis Do I miss something? Do I understand something completely wrong?

  We apologize for the inconvenience. Upon checking with our team, firmware 4.0 currently does not support synchronizing reading data for flow documents such as mobi、epub, awz3, and TXT.

  Our tech team is aware of this issue and will fix it with the new firmware. We are sincerely sorry that we currently have not received information on when the new firmware will be released. In this case, we would appreciate it if you could kindly wait for the new firmware.

  We noticed the firmware version of your BOOX Page and Note Air 3 C are not the latest. In this case, we suggest applying for the beta test via Settings > Firmware Update > Apply for Beta test. After you join the test program, you can update the firmware to version 4.0. Many thanks for your time and understanding.

  Got it. Thanks! But I am a bit confused the sync between page and note is not working either. Is this an overall issue and I need to stay tuned as well? Thanks for your work!

  We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, we are wondering if both your Note Air 3 C and Page are connected to the same server (there are EUR and US servers). You can check it via Settings > Server. Also, we are wondering whether the firmware of your Note Air 3 C and Page is already upgraded to version 4.0.
