Two-finger zoom problem

Hi,
I keep getting the message "two-finger zoom is off" whenever I try to write with the stylus, which disables the writing.
I'm guessing that the issue is that I'm putting my hand on the board when writing, but writing with my hand in the air is not easy, and causes joint pain.
How can I disable this warning?

  Hi,

  We‘ ve received your message. After testing, it is smooth to take notes with the stylus by holding partial palm and even forearm. 
  If the screen is touched continuously by two fingers only, it would be recognized as functions of zoom in and zoom out. Pls check whether your two fingers are touching the screen all the time while taking notes. If yes, you are suggested to adjust your gesture not to use two fingers on the screen. Palm or forearm touch could not affect writing down words with a stylus. Hope it would help. Thanks for your support!
