Cannot get the bottom menu on Max 3

Hello,

I just bought the Max 3 and I am trying to open 2 pdfs at the same time. However, if I already have opened one pdf, I cannot get the bottom menu. If I swap up from the bottom, nothing happens. If I try to tap in the middle of screen, nothing happens. If I long tap on a word, the word menu appears.

Please help, how can I get those menus in pdf file?

  Thanks for your support!

  Our devices support four documents at the same time. You could click in the middle of the screen and see that the back icon appears. Pls check the picture below.

  Or you could tap the navigation ball on the page and click " ← ". It would back to the previous page.
