    Hi,

    Thanks for your feedback here! Could you do the sync again on your device and report us what the status of the notes is. If it displays √, that means your device is of normal use. If it shows up !, that illustrates the problem. Please try it and feedback us. Thank you!

    I tried the service "push.boox.com" again and now the pdf preview did work. But you should install an SSL certificate. ;)

    Hazington, did you do anything on your end to make it work again?  Mine wont show pdf for two days now.
