NOVA BOOX 2 DOES NOT SUPPORT GOOGLE PLAY

Good day,

 

I have just received my new Nova Boox 2 and  the GOOGLE PLAY doesn't work.

I have already followed all the videos and links and instructions from YOUR website on how to fix this but it DOESN'T work. For me this is unacceptable as I can see it's a recurring problem in YOUR products, witch are quite expensive for the trouble.

SO it has the latest firmware the device it's registered and still nothing.

I URGENTLY require your assistance on how to fix this

  Hi Dorin,

  I had some initial problems with the Google Play activation, but after a few tries and restarts I got it working:

  1. Go to Settings > Application > Enable Google Play.
  2. After enabling Google Play tap where it says GSF ID.
  3. Sign in to your Google account.
  4. Reboot for good measure and check-out Apps > Google Play Store

  It happened to me too. I tried the above mentioned steps and it did not work. I had to do a firmware update and then return to factory settings after that try again the 4 steps mentioned by Delano then it worked.

  I had issues as well but these steps have worked for me. Try them out.
  
  After going through the established 'Enable Google Play' then doing the GSF ID, I restarted a couple of times and no luck but then I went to...
  
  Settings>Account Management>System Account Settings>Manage
  And signed into my google account to establish my google account under 'Accounts for Owner'. The app seems to work and I was able to download my manga app from the store as of June 18th 2020.
  
  Hope this works and thanks for the device guys.
