M92 - Firmware

I have a Boox M92 - which is still a nice device although a bit older. It would need a bit of a Software Update though, because e.g. internet access is not working any longer. Does anyone know where to find the most recent Firmware for the device? Unfortunately Boox is not answering to my questions about that.

  You are suggested to submit bugs on Feedback via Settings/ Feedback on your device. Our colleague will send the updated package to your device as soon as possible if M92 has an update package.
