    There is some bug in sending feedbacks from my device.  I can't see my feedback history or track the status of old feedbacks.  I have already raised feedback for screen recording issue although there is no response from support. May be it is due to bug in feedback system

    I've got the same issue on my Nova 2.


    The reason why I found this post is that I tried to mirror Nova2 screen in my mac. I tried scrcpy and Vysor, they both show black screen, although it seems to me I can control my Nova2 with mouse on my macbook.

    Then I tried to debug this issue, many recommends to try to record scree with the command suggested above, but I get an empty file.

    Vlad Kolotoff, thank you for confirming the issue. I have emailed Boox about this issue. It took me 1 month to convince the customer support that there is some issue in OS of the device. Although I am not sure that they will resolve this issue in next firmware update. Meanwhile you can use Seven Square,

    to cast your screen. It is based on the screencapture but very slow.

    Hi BOOX support,

    Can you give us any update about this issue. Your customer support last time ensured me that your technical team will see through the issue and try to resolve it in next update. However. the last firmware update also couldn't resolve this issue. Please provide some timeline when this issue will be addressed in future updates.

    Support people: could you please fix this.

    The possibilitiy to screen the screen state is soooo important for this device. Almost the main reason why I bought it in the first place.

    Is there an estimated date when this is going to be fixed?

    Guys! Look at this:

    Support screencast ( It only supports to mirror screens to Win10 computers. Mac PCs are not supported currently)

    This may be that they are starting to support the screencapture screenshot funcionality. Al least with these other readers ...

    Also Android 10.

    Hopefully we will get this same things in our readers!

    Hello, I have tried without any success to use this marvelous application:
    Unfortunately, although it works like a charm on my smartphone, it does not on my Onyx BOOX Nova 2.
    I have tried to use diverse resolution and rendering settings, but there must be something wrong with either the Android version or some specific software component on the Nova 2.
    Using the Nova 2 as a wacom tablet on my screen or just controlling it by scrcpy would definitely be useful for me and would allow me to get the maximum satisfaction from my Nova 2.
    Please help us to make this real, I and many others would really enjoy it and be available for any testing you might eventually need.
