Book Sort by Date in Library with Neo Reader 3.0
Model: Note Pro
Firmware: Version 2.3
Issue: All books transferred to the library have the same "creation time" (31 Dec 1969 19:00). This means that "Filter and Sort" ascending or descending sorts do not work since all "creation time" stamps are the same. This has been an issue in several versions of the firmware (2.1.1, 2.2.1, 2.2.2, 2.3).
Please explain what "creation time" (page 18 of the manual, version 2.3) means. Is it the time a book was created as an .epub, .azw, .mobi, etc. or is it the time a book was first added to the Boox device?
Please explain what "Added Time" in the "Filter and Sort" selection means (page 20 of the manual, version 2.3). Page 18 of the manual says that books are automatically sorted by "creation time"...
It would be more helpful if both "creation time" and "added time" were simply changed to "Date added" to make it clear that books are default sorted by the time they were added to the device.
Please consider fixing this bug for the next release.
Please add the ability to sort by book series in the "Filter and Sort" menu.
Thank you.

Hi,
Thanks for your post!
We would like to clarify that creation time and added time are both the time you put the documents in our Boox devices. The creation time is not the same, 31 Dec 1969 19:00 which we' ve tested again to check.
Currently, you can just see "Sort by Date Created" on the library setting menu which here is no added time option.
You are suggested to custom your own folder and put the same series books on the same folder for convenience.
Apology for all the inconvenience has caused! Thanks for your attention!
