Nova 2 frozen, not able to reboot or factory reset
Hello I just received my new Nova 2 this week. (I bought it from the original store. My order # is #BOOX205335.
Yesterday, I downloaded a reading app (which is called a bookshelf of Millie, Korean app). And while reading a downloaded book, the Nova2 suddenly got frozen.
I tried to reboot it by pushing and holding the power button over 10 seconds but didn't work. I tried to factory reset it by holding the power button and the back button at the bottom together over 10 seconds. Still not working.
Please let me know how I can fix this issue. I have been loving this device for a few days but this is frustrating.

Just wondering, have you solved the issue? Was it a hardware fault and you sent the product back or you eventually managed to reset?
Have you discovered why it crashed that bad?

Hi,
Yes, It was a hardware fault.
Boox asked me to ship it to their repair vendor in Michigan (I am in the U.S.).
And I talked to the repair shop this morning and they confirmed that it was a bad screen so they replaced the screen itself.
I am waiting for it to be shipped back by next week. Hope it won't happen again.
