Poke2 v2020-04-22_14-50_2.3 Missing Authors

I've added nearly 3000 epub books to my poke via Calibre, but many haven't been scanned properly and are missing some metadata such as Author etc. If I remove and re-add a single mis-scanned book the meta data is correct. However, there are 300+ mis-scanned books and I really don't want to have to identify and re-add them one at a time. Any thoughts?
