Is there a way to start automatically 3rd party reading app after reboot on Poke2 ?

I purchased Poke2 (FW 2020-04-22_14-50_2.3_7e954fc) and it is great.

The only thing is that I am using another reading app (KOReader) and  would like it to start up automatically after sytem reboot. 
I tried to install the well-known Tasker App from Google Play, which can start apps after device reboot (and which works fine on my Samsung S7 mobile) but it doesn't work at all on Poke2.

I have seen in Tasker's FAQ, that it may not work, if it is configured for battery optimization.
I tried to disable this setting via Settings->App Info,. but it is not possible ... it only shows a short list of apps without battery optimization.

1. is it somehow possible to disable battery optimization for an app ?

2. Is there another way to automatically startup required app after reboot ?
