Battery optimization for apps

I have a Max 3, the latest firmware, I'm trying to change the battery optimization settings. In this case for FolderSync, but it is not possible. I have no access to the settings. I want the app to synchronize in regular intervals.  Will this be possible or how to do it?

  Thanks for your answer. This is too bad. It would be nice if you just let the user decide if they want to manage their resources differently.
