Black replacement marker tips soft felt or hard plastic?

The pen included with the Note 2 has a black soft felt tip. I got free 5x white hard plastic nibs with the order which do not feel good on glass.

I see there is a store item but am not sure if they are exactly the same as in the included pen:

My question is, are these black replacement marker tips hard plastic or do they have a soft felt feel?
