Which site is the "official" forum for Boox products?
Hello,
which site is the "official" forum for Boox products? There's help.boox.com (this one) and there's bbs.onyx-international.com. I tried to sign up for bbs.onyx-international.com but I couldn't--I didn't receive an activation email after several attempts with different addresses (yes, I checked my spam folder). Then I found this post suggesting that the forum is now moved to help.boox.com. Is this the reason that I couldn't sign up?
However there's still questions being posted at bbs.onyx-international.com. It really seems that the community mostly is active there.

I couldn't get the activation email either. They must have turned it off to prevent new sign ups and force everyone here :/ .

Can someone of Onyx please respond? Is it true that signing up to bbs.onyx-international.com is no longer possible? If so, do intend the solve the situation that there are now effectively two separate communities?
I would really like to post my questions on a forum with an active community.
In any case I suggest making it clear on bbs.onyx-international.com that signing up is not possible rather than letting people figure it out for themselves.
