side bar in Notes app disappear in BooxMax 2

The side bar in Notes app disrepair.

When I cklick on Notes app and then enter to one of my notes the side bar where can I choose type of pen or add lines to note etc. This side bar is disappeared from the app.

  In this case, you are suggested to submit bugs on Feedback via Settings/ Feedback on your device.
