Max 3 - v2.3.1 - Feedback feature does not allow conversation with engineers
The feedback feature still does not allow a customer to report a software bug with the Boox engineering team. Before the v2.3.1 firmware, the feedback system did not work at all. Now, you may submit a feedback but it appears in an ungrouped list of messages. When someone responds, their message appears in the list of all feedbacks and other messages submitted and you cannot reply to their message.
The feedback system is essentially a poorly designed chat feature where you have to submit a new feedback to reply to a previous one.
Please fix the feedback feature so it allows a customer to:
- Submit one feedback and reply to messages associated with that feedback
- Group messages per feedback (like the thread feature of the Android SMS app or any other chat app build in the last decade)

An update on this issue. The problem with the feedback system not allowing you to respond in a thread to an issue you've reported has been disclosed to the technical team and hopefully (but I don't really know) they're working on improving this.
Currently we will all have to submit an entirely new feedback anytime we want to respond to an issue we received a response to and this is likely to get misinterpreted as a new issue and cause all sorts of confusion.
This is really frustrating and I hope Boox fixes this quickly.
