No full refresh in 3rd app after firmware update

It did work before (sorry for bold, but this part was heavily ignored when I did contact support) firmware update.
This means that whatever mode or setting I choose I get ghosting now. Before firmware update refresh took a while, but I got clear, sharp picture without ghosting.

So before update I did manage to get full refresh with every page turn by setting "regal mode" and "full refresh frequency to 0". Now it is broken.

I wanna downgrade if possible, because this update killed device for me. There is no meaning in a big sharp display, if ghosting degrade every picture.

I got following answers from support:

Maybe this was not intended behavior, but regal mode with full fresh frequency set to 0 did a trick in 2020-04-18_16-21_2.3_1577661 and I got full refresh with every page turn.

Do nothing and does not resolve issue. You didn't even told me what value should be used, so I used every possible value with no acceptable result.

Please, give me link to 2020-04-18_16-21_2.3_1577661 update and brief instruction so I could downgrade device.

  Oh, I skipped 1 answer from support:
  >Can't downgrade . full refresh is a separate setting and will not be combined with the display mode
  If downgrade is not possible, please fix the issue in the next update, will appreciate it.
  Full refresh frequency value does not affect full refresh frequency in any visible way.

  I got the answer from a support. This is bag and it gonna be fixed in the next update. According to support regal mode switch to A2 so there's no full refresh anymore. Workaround suggested by support:
  1. Add to navi-ball "App Optimization" button.
  2. Open navi-ball when you running app and choose "App Optimization" button.
  3. Switch between modes, then back to regal mode.
  
  For now I'm happy with this solution and I could continue to read manga in superb quality. Thank you.
