V2.3.1 - Note 2 - no google translate
Being able to have on one side the English version and its French translation was what had pushed me to buy the Note 2 and to recommend it around me.
Out of firmware version 2.3.1 the translation is bad (not to say completely rotten at times).
Hence my question, is there a way to go back to the previous version which suited me very well.

um ... thank you? for your answer (preformatted) which in the end does not answer my question ... (where to download the old Firmware and how to reinstall it)

I don't think you can download firmware for modern devices (Max 3, Note 2) because the firmware update system is not integrated into the device. Only if someone has separately uploaded the UPX firmware file could you achieve this. It might be possible by hacking the firmware system to request an older version.
