v2.3.1 - Max 3 - Performance degraded after 400-500 note pages in Neo Reader

When writing notes side-by-side in Neo Reader, the performance of the note split feature becomes degraded after about 400-500 note pages.

It takes 1-1.5 seconds for a new note to appear after pressing the add (+) button. Sometimes the content of the current page disappears and you must navigate forward and back before it will reappear.

It seems generally the side-by-side note feature of NeoReader becomes very unstable with slow performance around 400-500 pages.

As this is a common use case for me, I would like to request this be tested by BOOX and the stability and performance issues improved so more than 500 pages of notes can be written side-by-side with a book.
