    I have the same problem. Now it won’t work unless it’s plugged in. Suddenly went bad after the last set of updates. Use it for music gigs. Pretty much dead without power supply and it’s slow and freezes every time I make notes on the music pdf’s.

    NB: at the time, I was able to send the device to a BOOX service center, and they've replaced the battery. Reasonable price, and I got a few years extra out of the device, absolutely worth it. Try logging a ticket and suggest that, I would say.
