Google Play Store login issue on MAX LUMI 13.3
Hi All,
I just received my new MAX LUMI yesterday. It is a beautiful and well designed e-ink tablet. However, after I followed the instructions to enable the Google Play Store and registered the GSF ID (Android ID), I still couldn't open Google Play Store. Google always told me my device is not certified and I need to contact with the device manufacture. (I have waited for 6 hours and restarted the system.)
I am wondering is anyone suffering the same issue?
SW version: 2020-10-14_09-57_3.0_67e313b (upgraded immediately when I got the device)
Thank you.

Here is how I fixed this issue by myself. But I am not sure which step made it work.
1. Go to Google account.
2. In Security Setup page, enable the 2 steps verification. (Here I used my cell phone number and text message.)
3. I didn't check Google Play Store for more than a day.
4. Restart the MAX LUMI. Reopen the Google Play Store. System asked to key in Google account and password again.
5. System ask to verify 2 steps verification through cell phone.
6. Successfully login to Google Play Store.
However, before these steps, I still need to register the GSF ID (Android device ID) to Google. This is a must step.
Thanks.

The firmware update this morning 2020-10-19_11-52_3.0_8631810 for the note air seemed to fix it
