OneNote Synching issue - Nova2

Hi. I have managed to get the Nova synching Notes written on the default app to synch to OneNote but it's inconsistent.

If I edit the Note on the Boox sometimes the change does not reflect on OneNote. Sometimes it does though.

Can you confirm how the triggering of a OneNote synch works?  Is it delayed? Is it supposed to be instant?
