Poke 2 Color Ghosting

I only had the device for few days now, but the ghosting between pages is very strong. Regardless of refresh speed I'm using. One way to overcome it is to use the Navigation ball refresh option (circle arrow). which refreshes it and ghosting disappears. However, I will have to do this every page! 

I'm guessing a firmware update to the "Normal Mode" to force a refresh may solve this ghosting issue.
